Pint Sized Memory Bears have movable arms and legs, glass eyes and either a felt heart-shaped nose or a safety nose depending on which suits the character of the bear best. Buttons, eyes and ribbons vary from bear to bear and are carefully chosen to match the fabrics supplied for your bear. Every bear is carefully designed to make the best use of the supplied fabrics to create an expression and character sympathetic to the source materials.
The bears are approximately 21cm tall, from top of ears to bottom of feet depending on the stretch and strength of the material. The fabric will be backed to ensure stability of the final product. Please refer to the additional info section to determine what you need to send me once you've selected your Source Material.
Most garments: baby-grows, toddler/child clothes, cotton shirts, T-shirts, rugby or football shirts, blouses, skirts, jeans, uniforms, waistcoats, ties, suits jacket and trousers can be used to create your bear. If you are in doubt as to the suitability of the fabric you have please send me an email and I'll let you know if I can help you.
Pint Sized Memory bears make wonderful additions to events like weddings where they can be ringbearers made from something special that belonged to someone who couldn't be there. A bear made from ties can be a touching retirement gift. The ideas are endless and I'd love to work with you to create something wonderful to preserve your fond memories.

Pint Sized Bear
Babygrows: For smaller items such as babygrows, I recommend at least 4 items so that I can create an interesting bear with nice contrasts in the panels.
Other garments: A single item of larger garments, such as dresses, waistcoats, jeans etc will usually be fine, however if you'd like to combine multiple pieces into a single bear, I'd be more than happy to oblige. A minimim of 2 garments will create nice contrasting panels.
Ties: A bear made from ties will benefit from at least 8 to 12 ties to get that special look, but feel free to send a few more and I will see how best to incorporate them.
